Tesla’s Twitter Support

The electric car company that just can’t get a full charge.

Over the weekend Tesla admitted to having trouble meeting delivery demands. The company already has had multiple problems with production.

So what Tesla’s CEO does, like always, is go to twitter for answers.

Elon Musk has been criticized for using the social media platform too often and inappropriately at times. One example of this is when he made a public statement through twitter that he is considering taking Tesla private.

This statement is still haunting him through an investigation the SEC has launched since.

This time around, Elon Musk got an army of volunteer marketers!

Current Tesla owners stated they would help the company with orientation especially since Tesla recently let go of almost 10% of staff off.

Elon Musk replied with information on when and where current Tesla owners can go to, to volunteer and support the company.

The impact of this was that Tesla managed to create such high satisfaction, even with media coverage on faulty car delivery. Then on top of having these extremely happy customers, they are willing to take their time to help customers waiting for their product to deliver.

These then angry, frustrated customers are converted into optimistic customers after conversing with current owners who share similar stories. In the end the volunteer customers shared their joy of the company and spread their content.

If a company went above and beyond, stood for the same beliefs you believed in, and created a product you love, would become a volunteer?
